Plus we also provide a ’90 Day Maintenance Schedule’. 

With Our 90-Day Maintenance Schedule You Get:

• Initial maintenance check-up:  Where you will be contacted a couple days after you’ve had time to live in your new home, to check for any initial abnormalities; we will sort these out for you immediately.
• Mid point check up:  Later on, approximately 45 days into the maintenance period we will again check in with you to see if any other teething issues have occurred.  Once again we will put these right to your satisfaction.
• Final check-in:  As the 90 day period comes to an end, we will check in with you again, just to ensure all is working correctly.  If further items have been identified we will address these.  It’s all part of our commitment to providing a superior service.
